Located south of the river, Blackhaven is not for the faint of heart. A permanent fog seems to roll off the river here, lying thick over the neighborhood. The gas lamps only add to the eeriness of the streets at night. With buildings in a permanent state of disrepair, rotting at the very foundations, it's as if the rest of Pandora is trying to forget them. With a thriving black market, anything can be bought here for a price. But always keep an eye out for the knife in the dark.
This hotel seemed to have been dropped straight out of Victorian England, though with an odd technological flair composed of rusted and broken clockwork and steam gadgets to be found around every corner. With its layers of dust, broken and boarded up windows and doors, the hotel has not been used in several decades.
Despite lacking any specific indicator of what it is, Nine Circles is a thriving gentlemen's club thanks to word of mouth from its patrons. The exterior may look like a dump what with the dingy bricks chipping away and numerous graffiti tags along its walls, and the interior may be no better as the floors are stained, and the seats torn, but the show is what has people coming back for more. Listen carefully to the whispers on the street and in the club, and you may catch wind of there being a private room for you and your favorite dancer -- for an extra price, of course.
This old, abandoned asylum appeared is one of the creepier landmarks of town. Rumors have spread all over town of the horrors that might have once faced there. Those who have dared enter its halls sometimes come back with terrifying stories of their own.
Any random building or alleyway may be claimed as someone's home for a night or longer. The few halfway liveable areas are lucky just to have running water. Just don't be surprised by the rats or the sound of the floorboards cracking beneath your feet. There may even be a body stuffed in the closet still.
