A neighborhood of daydreams and magic, Tavoie Borough is always an interesting place to visit. What it lacks in wealth, the Borough makes up for in character. The streets are narrow and twisting, and the wooden and stone buildings close together. Orange lanterns light the streets and moss covers the rooftops. Though it tends to attract the eccentric or artistic types, Tavoie Borough has grown to be a very eclectic community.
This large and well-known pub, located at the southern end of the borough, is the oldest such establishment in Pandora, and has always been one of the best places for a drink, a chat and a game of darts or billiards. The pub has recently fallen under new ownership and a kitchen has been added, allowing the tavern to serve a wide range of typical, hearty pub fare.
Pandora's orphanage is a new facility raised by Pandora's government to house all the children who have no place to stay. It is a plain white building with three stories, big enough to house a fairly large number of children and around 10 faculty members. The second and third floors are sleeping quarters for the children, while on the first floor there is a cafeteria and a wide playing area with toys, games, and a few instructors.
As Pandora's population continues to grow, the available housing is unable to accommodate all the new arrivals. Therefore, the government has set up a shelter to house the homeless, and those on the waiting list for more permanent housing. The shelter is clean, yet very simple. There's a dining hall, a few restrooms, and a large room full of nothing but beds. Each inhabitant of the shelter is assigned a locker in the sleeping quarters to keep their personal belongings in.
