Tower Hill

When Pandora town begins to slope upward near the center, that's where Tower Hill begins. This is the government district of Pandora, holding the Queen's palace at its center. The area around is a mixture of modern architecture and cold stone of a medieval fortress.

This hospital stands on the edge of the Tower Hill. Very futuristic in design, it has shiny walls, sharp edges, and clinical white down to an art. The hospital that offers free treatment to the inhabitants of Pandora that find themselves incapacitated in some way. Admittance is free.

  2. Parliament Building

Standing at the center of Tower Hill is the Parliament Building, and the current government's headquarters. Of baroque architectural design and rising four stories, it is the most elegant building on Tower Hill. Surrounded by high fences and healthy gardens, entry can only be gained by the front gate.

  3. The Dungeons

Pandora's prisoners are contained deep beneath Tower Hill. Composed of seven levels, these dungeons have been heavily fashioned after Dante's Inferno, with both fortification and commiseration increasing as one travels downward. The first level is moderately comfortable, furnished by beds and lighting and all the amenities of a mid-twentieth century facility. The lower levels become distinctly more primeval, with cold stone floors and no light save that of fire.
