Sometime in the future, I want to play a member of the Photino Birds from the Xeelee Sequence here. They are dark matter beings, so they are non-baryonic. That means that they can't interact with almost any matter that isn't dark matter in any way. They can't see it, feel it, collide with it or do anything else with it in any way.

However, Pandora is made out of baryonic matter. Can the pantheon grant a Photino Bird the ability to interact with baryonic matter?

Hey Uh Apple Pen! If a character can't interact with the physical world in canon, it's fine to have Pandora change their nature so when brought in so that they can. We've had characters with similar situations in the past. =)
