    Seasonal Location Suggestions

    Hey there, fellow Pandorans!

Have an idea for a seasonal canon location you might like to see? Just drop it here! The best location submissions are those that can touch a lot of different characters from different fandoms. If a location is too specific to any existing character/fandom on the board, then we will likely pass it over when looking for our next seasonal canon location.

If you've got an idea, fill out the form below and reply to this thread!

** PLEASE POST EACH SUGGESTION IN ITS OWN SEPARATE POST! **

    Code:

Like a suggestion? SHOW IT! Click the little 'like' button on the post. Staff will be taking into consideration how much the community wants to see a particular plot when choosing them for the upcoming season.

    The Midnight Channel
    Persona 4

More then just a location, the Midnight Channel can be reached via any large enough TV set. Once the original program is watched at Midnight on a rainy night, weather your TV is plugged in The Midnight Channel will appear. It is a mirage of dreams and nightmares rolled into one, where you'll meet the hidden part of yourself that you keep from others.

Maybe you will feel kinship to the version of you that you might meet in there, which is melded by the shadow creatures that live there. It resembles an abandoned TV studio at first, until you go deeper into the place. Then it'll take on aspects of your psyche, and the places you know from way back when. Will you be greeted with love and happiness of dreams or the horror and torture of nightmares because of those you left behind.

    SANDFORD

    From HOT FUZZ
A picturesque little village in the middle of the country, Sandford has year after year won Village of the Year award. Watched over by the Neighbourhood Watch Alliance (NWA), there have been no recorded murders in the village for over twenty years, with the crime rate notoriously low. However, it also has the highest reported number of accidents, from traffic to gas leaks. With Village of the Year award approaching, the NWA will allow no one to jeopardise their chances as they work for the greater good of the village. Distrustful of outsiders and keeping to themselves, members of the NWA are loyal to the village and the greater good.

    PANDORA

    From AVATAR

Orbiting a larger planet, this moon is known for its exotic plant-life, dangerous animals and toxic atmosphere (oxygen masks required), the landscape itself can be breath-taking and includes giant floating chunks of rock and vines. While the natives are hard to spot, there seems to be an abandoned human settlement that seems half-science operation, half military-run around here as well.

    Mining Ship Red Dwarf
    From Red Dwarf

The massive ship known as the Red Dwarf, is so large in scale that it was the starting point and evolutionary home of one species and potentially sired many more.

It's been slowly moving across space for millions of years, drifting aimlessly without a true destination in mind. Entering the ship and finding your way around won't be easy, it's a literal labyrinth of corridors and bulkheads.

You'll find various automated systems and the odd small robot running around, the vending machines, toasters and other machinery can talk as well. It has an AI however it's intelligence is debatable, other interesting gems can be found around the ship if anyone dares to explore it.

    CAMP CRYSTAL LAKE

    From FRIDAY 13TH

HIDE YO TEENAGERS. HIDE YO SEXUAL DEPRAVITY. JASON IS GOING TO GET YOU!

Once a nice summer camp, tragedy struck when little Jason Voorhoes drowned after being bulled and not being watched by some camp counsellors. Of course, after they were all murdered by his mother in revenge, the camp was closed for good until it was inevitably reopened and everyone was murdered again! Cue endless cycle. Basically, if you like water-skiing, s'mores and the possibility of being hacked to death by a guy in a hockey mask wielding a machete, Camp Crystal Lake is the summer camp for you!

    Tenjin Elementary School
    From Corpse Party Series

From the outside, it looks like nothing more than a rundown and abandoned school. But if you enter the building, then you'll be transported to a nexus of multiple sub dimensions. You can't leave and if you're with other people expect to be separated very quickly, because around each corner is another strata of sub dimensions that people can fall into. However this is far from the scariest part of this school however, because back when it was running as a normal school in Japan.

The principal and some of its teachers went insane, and started chasing down students and unaffected teachers. Capturing them, and torturing them following that up with finally slaughtering them. Now the souls of those elementary students and the occasional teacher rooms the halls in ghastly forms, which appear the way the looked when they were dead and they died in horrific ways. If the ghosts don't get you, the gloomy nature of the place will and you could end up committing suicide.

The worse part is, if you defeat or force out the girl in the red dress who controls the place to a degree. Then Tenjin becomes Nirvana but not the one preached by Buddhists, instead it resembles something more akin to a Lovecraftian nightmare had a love child with a Japanese horror story. The ghost remain and anyone who dies there, is forced to remain and relive their death over and over for all eternity. The only way to get out of Tenjin or Nirvana, is first to remove or defeat the girl in the red dress turning it into Nirvana.

And once Nirvana is reached, one most battle the six guardians of the pillars and finally the queen of the realm before one can return to normal space. But be certain to pack your meds, even the strongest minds might be lost in the horror and death that rains these halls. Can you survive Tenjin and than Nirvana while escaping the ghosts of dead children and souls, and battle past demons and queens while keeping your sanity, soul and life?

    Hogsmeade Village

    From Harry Potter
The little village of Hogsmeade is all decked out for the holidays and ready for visitors. Walk into the warm rustic Three Broomsticks for a delicious butterbeer, or buy a sweet gift for your sweetheart at Honeydukes. There's Zonko's Joke Shop for the class clown in your life, and for the fashionista, Gladrags Wizardwear is the perfect stop. If you're sending out cards this year, you must stop at Scrivenshaft's Quill Shop. For those a little more stout of heart, there is The Hog's Head Pub, which attracts a slightly more disreputable clientele and, for the perfect date, the frills and romance of Madam Puddifoot's Teashop is sure to make love blossom. The charming village of Hogsmeade is the perfect holiday stop for everyone.

    YHARNAM

    From Bloodborne

Yharnam is a towering, labyrinthine gothic city, ruled by the Healing Church. The Church focuses around healing by infusions of blood. Miraculously, blood healing can repair wounds and cure or hinder diseases, and thus became a much sought-after cure for the plague. Yharnam's whole culture became focused on blood, even to the point of blood-based drinks surpassing alcoholic beverages as the most commonly consumed. As a result, Yharnam is generally viewed as insane or degenerate by the wider world, making the Yharnamites extremely distrustful of non-natives.

However, Yharnam still fell to the plague, becoming infested with dangerous beasts and demented citizens. During the outbreak, the Yharnamites formed large street mobs and pursued those who were infected, the beasts that terrorize the city, and trespassers who dared to set foot in the dark streets. Those unfortunate enough to be captured by the mobs of crazed citizens meet a gruesome end, often at the stake.

Those who venture into the maze-like city on the Night of the Hunt do so at their own peril.

    Cromartie High

    From Cromartie High School

Although it looks like an everyday Japanese high school, Cromartie high is anything but normal. Apart from the fact it's a school full of delinquents, who could and would beat you to hell and back for just looking at them wrong. It seems to be a hive for odd activity, and the students themselves aren't all that normal either.

Besides their delinquency, several of the people/students at the school seem a little out of place. Such as a cylindrical robot that thinks it's a fellow delinquent, a gorilla and it's girlfriend which is also a gorilla. There's also a guy that looks considerably like Freddie Mercury and likes to ride around on a horse for some reason among other strange visitors and occurrences, go in at your own peril and not just safety but sanity.

    The Labyrinth

    From The Labyrinth
The Goblin King's labyrinth is a unique mystical puzzle and the main structure of his kingdom. You begin the journey in a brick corridor which has hidden entrances inside the winding maze part of the labyrinth. Apparently, if you simply follow the straight corridor, it will take you directly to the Goblin City, but this is not a commonly known fact. Once in the brick maze, walls and steps might rearrange themselves at random.

Depending on which you choose, doors in the maze might lead you to an oubliette, a type of dungeon, underground passages, and trap doors. If you make it back up to the surface at all, you might find yourself in a hedge maze, a bright green puzzle of vegetation.

A forest might bring you face to face with the Fire Gang, fairies, monsters, and several other creatures that range from helpful to dangerous. The Labyrinth even has a junkyard! The most infamous place in the Labyrinth, however, is the Bog Of Eternal Stench, a vile smelling swamp-like pond where those who defy The Goblin King might end up. One foot stepped into the bog and you will smell bad for the rest of your life.

If you make it to the end, you will enter The Goblin City and the King's Castle but most can't get that far!

    Jakku Graveyard

    From Star Wars

The Jakku graveyard is the desert home to the waifs and strays of the galaxy, as well as a plethora of fallen ships from days gone by. The Graveyard stretches out with rolling sandunes and ships which are as tall as ten apartment buildings on top of each other. Anyone exploring these ruins should beware of ships springing to life, ship innards which stretch on like mazes as well as creatures who have made these ruins and sands their home. However, for daring adventurers, the rewards lying in the depths of ruins can be great. At the edge of the graveyard is an outpost where a community has settled; mostly housed in tents.

    Lilliput

    From Gulliver's Travels
Are you intimidated by tall people? Are you just vertically challenged? Lilliput will put all that behind you...or below you. Everything in this place is tiny, including the people. Don't be fooled though, the people of Lilliput tied up the giant Gulliver and can defend themselves as well. Still, they're about the size of mice compared to regular people so stop on by to see what is essentially a living doll house.

    Big Market

From Valerian and the City of A Thousand Planets

Appears to be a huge expansive empty desert surrounded by an extremely secure and very high wall manned with machine guns...at least until you pull on the provided goggles which reveals an extra-dimensional market place on another plane of existence! The goggles allow you to virtually see the market without being physically present it it's filled to the brim with incredible technology, bizarre alien species and layers upon layers worth of endless shopping (and lots of trouble considering all sorts of alien monsters and scum congregate in this hive)!

If you want to bring your purchases back you must run them through the dimensional portal at the entrance to bring them through onto our plane of existence. If you're really smart you'll figure out that you can actually pass through these portals and step through the dimensions into Big Market for real! But just remember, if you're really there and someone really shoots you, you're really dead...

    Check out some visuals.

    Pacific Playland

    From ZOMBIELAND

As the prime vacation destination of the season, Pacific Playland is filled with oodles of fun for all ages. You can take a trip down the lazy river, blast off on its famous drop tower, or lose your overpriced lunch on any of its collection of exhilarating roller coasters. Rides and waterslides not your thing? Not a problem. There's even an arcade, a ferris wheel, and a rather impressive gift shop to make sure you remember your trip forever.

Of course, there's that little pesky zombie infestation, but that's what insurance is for, right? Just make sure you remember to remind your family on their special day to avoid making any sound, start any attraction, or go within 30 yards of the premise to lower the risk of infection, dismemberment, or death that Pacific Playland is not liable for. No staff will be available on site to assist with any emergencies or attractions.

Enjoy your visit to Pacific Playland! It's a thriller.
