    SKILLS & ABILITIES

Robb Stark was trained in many different types of warfare growing up. Being a High Lord's eldest son and heir meant that he was taught many things from a young age. How to be a High Lord, with all the proper manners and political skills to make sure he'd survive as such, as well as horse back riding, sword work, bow and arrow, and strategy. Being a high lord's son in the north also meant that Robb learned basic survival skills as well, right along with hunting and the like. Robb's considered a good strategist, a good listener to those with more experience, and a decent swordsman. Not the best in the land, but also not the worst. Very good for someone only 18 years of age. He also knows some basics of using an axe, maces, and the like, but his strong points are certainly with a sword. All in all, pretty standard for a lordling.

EquipmentRobb has shown up with a full suit of armor that was tailor made to him and a good sword, also made for him by the smiths back home in Winterfell. It is standard armor from his day and age, though needs regular up keep. Mail under plate and leather. All the standard sort of stuff one wears when one is going to war.
NPC's AbilitiesGrey Wind is a well trained dire wolf. A dire wolf is a much larger version of a wolf, considered to be rather deadly. Grey Wind was trained by Robb since he was a pup and he follows Robb's every movement. He's basically a well mannered guard dog, who has fought in battles by his master's side and proven himself again and again.

    WEAKNESSES

Robb has a number of weaknesses. Mostly, it's his relationships to people and his honor. Simply put, if a life is at stake, you can count on Robb Stark to throw himself into the situation to try and save it. You can get him to cave or give in to what you want if you're threatening the lives of his loved ones in a direct manner. He's also pretty slow when he's in full armor and gear. Anything modern is going to tear through him like swiss cheese as well. Guns? He has no clue what a gun is! His sword, armor, and all that sort of thing is... well, useless against something as simple as a gun. And magic. After all, Robb is still a human. A very squishy, very killable human being.

    PERSONALITY

Robb Stark is a man of many good traits. He's a honorable man. An honest man. A leader, a loving brother, a caring son, and a proud man. He's a fighter and a solid friend. He's got a mild humor, a serious person, and loves a good joke. He's someone who can laugh when the crowd does, but doesn't have a problem standing up to the crowd if he feels someone should. He's vocal about his beliefs, his goals, and what's on his mind. He doesn't shy away from uncomfortable conversations and is oddly very secure in who he is, though that's been more of a recent development.

He won't shy away from hard work, stressful situations, or painful situations. He prefers to express his own pains and issues in private, when he's around people he trusts or when he's all by himself. He knows what grief is and has a very strong sense of loyalty about him. Robb will die for causes he gets behind. He believes in justice and honor and was raised with some great manners, because he was a high lord's son and was to become a high lord after his father.

But a lot of these things have gotten Robb in some bad situations. He's often too honorable, not understanding when bending a little in a situation could help him out. He believes so strongly that it's very hard to talk him off a path once he's on it. You could say he's more than a little bit hard headed. He's often too dedicated and will almost always choose the higher path, doing the right thing instead of the thing he wants to do, no matter how much personal grief it may cause him. He'll always choose the right thing over anything else, even the people he loves, and he's... kind of an idiot where women are concerned. Like a really big idiot, easily won over by a pretty face and some witty words.

    APPEARANCE

Robb Stark stands about six feet tall. He's got a head of dark red, curly hair that he got from his mother, and blue eyes. Pale skin, but a good set of shoulders and a good weight to him. He's not heavily muscled, but muscled well enough considering that he knows how to go running around in a full set of armor and swing a sword at other people. He's typically got a bit of scruff to a decent start of a beard going on, but he has a habit of being a very serious young man, and so his neutral face is a bit scowly. He typically wears clothing that reminds him of home, tunics and trousers, leather boots and the like.

    HISTORY

Robb Stark was born at the end of the rebellion that over threw the mad king from Westeros. His father was Ned Stark, the High Lord of the North, and his mother Catelyn Stark. He was raised in Winterfell as his father's heir and eldest son. He had a normal life for a young lordling. He never had to worry about anything. He was born in summer, raised in summer, and had very few worries. He was trained to keep up with politics, to do right, to lead from the front, to never order a man to do something he would not do himself, and the like. He learned to hunt, learned to ride horseback as naturally as anyone else, strategy in case he needed to take on wildlings in the area, as well as how to wield a sword.

His life was about as normal as it could be, really. He had several siblings, learned the things he needed to learn, and was close with his family. Until the King came for a visit, then everything changed. His father was called off to be the Hand of the King and Robb was left behind in Winterfell to fulfill the duties of the lord in Winterfell while his father was in the south. Both of his sisters went with his father to King's Landing, the older off to be wed to the King's son and heir. His parents had always warned him that such a thing was bound to happen and Robb tried to be as ready for it as he could, but everything started to go wrong even before his father left.

One of his brothers fell from a tower in Winterfell and was in a comma. The day after half his family left Winterfell, a man showed up to kill his brother in a coma. His mother managed to fit the would be killer off, but his lady mother swiftly went to King's Landing to catch the people who had sent the killer. Robb resumed the duties of the lord of Winterfell, doing everything his father expected of him before events took a nasty twist south. His mother took one of the Lannisters, the family of the Queen, hostage while blaming him for the attempted killing of Robb's younger brother. Because of this and the sudden death of the King, Lord Ned Stark was captured by the Queen's men and held hostage in an attempt to get her brother back.

The Lannister in question was released, but Robb's father was not. He was kept captive and Robb called the banners of all the lords of the North who held fealty to Winterfell. He started South in an attempt to get his father free, starting a war for in an attempt to do right, and won several battles against men who were older with more experience than himself. He earned the loyalty and even the love of some of the lords following him and proved to be every bit of his father's son as he had ever been.

None of that saved his father. Ned Stark was beheaded as a traitor by the new king, instead of being shown mercy. Robb learned the information after winning another battle against the Lannisters. He was declared King in the North by the men who were following him and there was nothing more on his mind than freeing his sisters from the new man, child king and righting the wrongs that were done to his family in the process when he was taken to Pandora.

    ROLEPLAY SAMPLE

The world was spinning. Or at least, it felt that way to him. He was still reeling with emotion, trying to understand how the world could be such a different place in such a short span of time. This morning, his father was alive. Robb was leading a rebellion, to a certain degree, against King Joffery in King's Landing, but only so that he could free his family members from the Lannisters and bring them home safely. Which just wasn't possible anymore. Because his father was dead. Beheaded by the king for being a traitor. Apparently his head was already on a pike on the wall. His sisters... Robb didn't want to think about his sisters being captive either, but that was the truth of the matter.

Still, he felt sick. He had already done his crying, already tried to channel his grief. Now he was standing alone in his tent, still dressed in his armor, staring at nothing. He had sent his squire away, one of the damned Freys, deciding that he would struggle out of his own armor that night. Except, he hadn't even been able to manage that either. Parts of him were still covered in mud and blood from the battle earlier that day. His hair was still slicked with sweat that had yet to dry, if only because Robb had renewed it by trying to hack down a tree with his sword in his grief. No, Robb didn't want to be around anyone else. The lords that swore fealty to his father had sworn fealty to him, as was custom when one high lord died and his son took his place, and yet they had upped the ante. They had sworn to the King in the North and Robb had accepted.

Robb had accepted because there was only one thing that he was centered on now. Bringing Sansa and Arya home safe... and killing the king for his actions. The south could figure out what happened in the aftermath, Robb wanted no part of it. He just wanted to take the remains of his family and go home to Winterfell, letting the south eat itself from the inside with it's own corruption. Robb wanted no part of that. But he also didn't want to be King. He didn't want a rebellion. He didn't want any of these things. He just wanted his father back. And all the gold the Lannisters could ever have could not get such a thing done.

He closed his eyes, trying to work past his exhaustion and his emotions, seated in a chair with Grey Wind at his side. The tent had flickering lights, men were stationed outside, but that didn't matter with what happened next. He closed his eyes for a split second and suddenly Grey Wind was growling. Robb opened his eyes, hand going to the hilt of his sword still belted to his side, expecting to see men storming the tent in a surprise attack or something of the like. Considering his dark thoughts, it was the first thing that his mind had run to, but instead there was something dark slithering on the ground. He frowned at it, halfway lifting himself from his seat, hand still on the hilt of his sword when the dark vines suddenly shot forward to wrap around himself and Grey Wind. Robb struggled against it, yelling out in frustration as it pulled him into the ground. He could hear his direwolf still growling, but suddenly the ground caved way and he was dragged further down until darkness took him.

Robb slowly woke up on sand, next to a beach, with Grey Wind sound asleep next to him. He had no idea where he was. No idea where he could possibly go from here. He slowly stood, trying to figure out what dark magic had happened.
