In an unexpected turn, The first and newly elected General Secretary of Elysium has been shot out of the skies by a currently known force. As Secretary Harold Jordan is said to have gone missing since the attack with many fearing the worst. A single man has taken the reigns of Elysium in its moment of chaos.

General Inilossum, relatively unknown face to much of the public, has declared himself SUPREME SECRETARY in a speech at the steps of the Grand Citadel. During which he also unveiled his first policy as Secretary. What many have dubbed the One Elysium Policy. Which in the Secretaries own words means that 'there shall be no more Overcity or Undercity. No more Cosmic Frontier for our banished rats and refuse to lick their wounds'.

As Elysium seems to once more be thrown into the fire, many fear what Inilossum said during his speech would mean for the state. And far more simply mourn the loss of the late Green Lantern and first Elected General Secretary of Elysium, Harold 'Hal' Jordan. Who's once more been said to have died.
