December 7th -January 7th
The Aetheria All-New, All-Different, All-Inclusive Holidays aim to unite people from all cultures of Pandora, with a huge Market and every day events from 7th of December until the 7th of January dedicated to popular and not so popular winter celebrations. Entrance is free to anyone, with heavy magical and other type restrictions placed upon the equivalent of each world's intorelant Nazi-inspired dudes(sorry Death Eaters and Star Wars Empire officials!), Hardcore Boomers and other similarly arrogant fellas, as well as folks that Mayor Quinn just doesn't like. While each tradition has its own stalls and tents in the Aetheria Market, this year, the village has decided to honor three major celebrations :
12th Perigree's Eve
The entire day and night of the 21st of December is devoted to Perigree's Eve and Aetheria turns to a battleground, as pranks are not only allowed but encouraged amongst visitors and residents alike through the exchange of dangerous and harmful gifts! During the night, bonfires will light up the streets to roast evil dragons and other large animals to feed the travellers and Aetherians.
Speaking about dragons, while the nasty ones are eaten during Perigree's Eve, the nice ones are welcomed to attend Snoggletone, starting from the 18th of December up until the 20th! Celebrations include, but are not limited to, the building of the gigantic tree out of green wooden planks in the main square, preparing and consuming the hideous Yaknog drink and participating in the pageant for the most beautiful dragon!!
From the 22th of December to the 30th, Aetheria celebrates the festival of lights, in honor of the Mayor's roots. Eight large candles inside a traditional menorah are erected at the main square, one to be lit at each night. Latke and other fried goodies are freely available for consumption. Large banners hang from the buildings with messages like ''Never be afraid to stand up for what is right'' and ''A little light goes a long way.''
Sprinto, who opposed Harley and lost the elections for the position of Mayor during the summer, along with famous businessman Creepo and lawyer Feeldo called Aetheria's celebrations ''Uninspired, unoriginal, perverse, irrelevant and grotesque, having nothing in common with Aetheria's spirit.''. They actively called visitors and Aetherians to ignore them and avoid the destination in the winter, choosing holidays in the sunny islands instead.
