The staff at Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Parlor would like to put out an official apology in regards to the quality of their product. The company manager, Mr. Carter J. Burke has made a statement about the goings-on behind the scenes at the parlor. To quote Mr. Burke: "To every last one of our customers, the source of the issue has been discovered and I can assure you that something like that will never happen again." Mr. Burke has described the unfortunate events as 'the work of a disgruntled employee' and promises to introduce a new and much improved ice cream recipe as soon as possible.
